Our conditions
State-qualified specialists
Your hearing aids are chosen, fitted and adjusted by a state-qualified hearing aid specialist, the same person at every visit.
A 100% Santé offer in every quote
With a responsible top-up insurance contract, class I hearing aids with no out-of-pocket cost. We always show them to you, next to the others.
A trial before you decide
You wear the hearing aids at home, at work, at family meals. You decide once you know what they change.
Follow-up included
Adjustments, checks and cleaning for as long as you wear them: the follow-up is part of the fitting.
The lines of our work
Before any purchase, a standard written quote with what your insurance pays, and always a 100% Santé offer.
Your path, box by box
A hearing test at the centre
About an hour, by appointment and without commitment: we talk about what bothers you, then test your hearing in a soundproof booth.
A medical prescription
Hearing aids are fitted on prescription from an ENT specialist or your doctor. Our test does not replace their examination.
A trial in your daily life
We set up the hearing aids and you take them home. We see you again during the trial to adjust them.
Follow-up, year after year
Regular check-ups, new settings when your hearing changes, cleaning and small repairs at the centre.

What to bring
- Your medical prescription, if you have one
- Your health card and your top-up insurance card
- Your recent hearing test results, if any
- A close one, if you like: they notice things too
Our hearing test is not a medical diagnosis. If something is unusual, we refer you to your doctor or an ENT specialist.
